Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Eliza Beachwear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us for assistance.
